NTCTourTPE 2015

Ok so basically i love to workout on my free time. And yesterday 14th of March 2015 was the day of NTCTourTpe! I got so very excited because i participated in the NTCparty which was outdoor last year and that was so very amazing because it was raining but then the music and the NTC trainers were so very high that the rain didnt even bother at all. 

Different from last year, this year it is indoor which took place in 中正紀念堂（chiang kai-sek memorial hall)

As you can see, outside the NTC hall there were many girls preparing themselves for the NTCTourTPE2015. Its good to see so many girls participating on this event . But not until you see whats inside the hall.

Thousands of girls were inside the hall and yet waiting for the party to get started!

So after the performers have done with the opening dance, finally at 15:30 all the ntc trainers came out and it started to get HIGHHHHHHH!!! Lets get the party started!! 

We start to do the workout for arround 30mins and then went out for some fresh air 5-10mins.

Eelin models and agents gathered arround for a lil bit rest. Its a nice feeling to know that not only me who wants to live healthy and to have a lot of friends to workout together has always been my motivation to get healthier.

Then again we went inside the hall for the body combat! I couldnt miss the body combat as it has been my favourite workout since the first time i tried that. After that i could feel that my legs were getting numb, so did everyone else ;p

After 10mins of rest, i went out and the days has already turned dark. We went for the last session of the NTC party , dancing it is!! 

It gets to the point where the party is going to end! Such an unforgettable moment! So much fun to see all the girls all together gathered arround working so hard to get this party done!

Thanks to all the trainers!!! You guys are so awesome!!!!!! Loving the spirit that you guys have! Thankyou to nike that has put up such a great yet so motivating event for all the girls in taiwan! All wrapped up at 19:30 and ready to go back to get our stuff!

 When i get back to grab my stuff, I got interviewed by taiwans media 蘋果日報（apple daily). Its good to share some of my experience and feeling after doing the super fun NTCTourTpe!
